We have been cooperating with the Houdek family from Ostřešany for more than 18 years. During that time, they have purchased a total of 6 Farmet machines.
The family manages an area of 170 hectares. They have a tractor with the horsepower of 190 and they use GPS for their field work. They grow all common crops.
The latest novelty that the Houdek family purchased to expand their fleet is the Falcon 3 Compact seed drill. It is the third seed drill that this farm has purchased from us. With Falcon 3 Compact, they seed in rows with a spacing of 15 cm. They are currently finishing up seeding winter oil seed rape, which will be followed with cereal in September.
They appreciate the large seed hopper, the simplicity of operation, the quality of work and the overall design of the machine. Their fields are usual about 2 to 3 hectares large. Therefore, they chose a seed drill with a width of 3 metres. The machine has two hydraulic circuits and it includes a headland management, so to control the whole machine, you only needs to press one button.
