The Triton combined cultivators provide the advantages of the work of disc stubble cultivators and chisel cultivators in a single pass. Their advantage is efficient cutting and mixing of crop residue into the processed soil and deep zone aeration providing excellent entry of water into the soil.
The combined disc-and-chisel cultivator Triton is ideal for processing heavier soils with a large quantity of crop residue. The crop residue is evenly mixed into the overall processed soil layer and the soil is loosened by zones.
The Triton combined cultivator is equipped with two rows of discs with the diameter of 510mm or 560mm and maintenance-free overload protection. The discs process soil up to the depth of 12cm and mix crop residue very well. The following two rows of massive chisels with a large spacing of 42cm loosen the soil by zones up to the depth of 35cm and provide excellent entry of water into the soil in greater depth.

Thanks to the minimum number of points of adjustment and lubrication, both operation and maintenance are a very simple task that anyone can do.
Special production technology of eXtra STEEL line enables using very strong treated materials not only for working members of a machine but also for extremely loaded parts of main frames and adjusting mechanisms. The frames of machines on very exposed places are formed by sections of high strength steel having multiple strengths in comparison to common structural material of good quality. Thanks to eXtra STEEL line technology the machines have smaller weight and much higher service life in the most demanding operation conditions.

Proper selection of the type of the rear roller contributing significantly to the final quality of the processing is very important. The soil is recompacted by the roller and then it is the same way crumbled and levelled. The selection of the type of the roller depends on the soil type and on the manner of use of the machine.
