Due to the use of Elefant container, the productivity and effectiveness of the process as a whole is substantially increased.
The mobile slurry or digestate intermediate tank ensures equalization of the fertilizer flow between the weighing tank and the field applicator. The intermediate tank is placed on the edge of the field, on one side it is filled with a gravity tank and on the other side the fertilizer is sucked in by the field applicator. The inlet and outlet openings are located in opposite portions of the intermediate storage tank so that the weighing tank and the field applicator do not affect each other. As a result, they work independently and can take full advantage of their performance. The intermediate tank uses a fluid flow for mixing during the filling by specially designed distributions at the bottom of the tank. However, it can also be equipped with an active mixing system in case of higher dry matter content in fertilizers. For transport, the intermediate hopper is equipped with hydraulic axle lift and brakes.

The mobile sewage container is transported empty because the full container cannot be transported. When placed on the land, the container position is stabilized with hydraulically controlled legs and then the transport axle is lifted.
The filling and draining openings are located on opposite sides of the tank, so both processes can take place independently. The location of the filling and draining opening together with the slant bottom ensure good circulation of liquid manure and the solid part is not being deposited.
