Combined cultivator Triton

1 Full-surface tillage zone. The double-row disk section with aggressive geometry ensures perfect full-surface undercut to the depth of 0–4.75" with intensive mixing of crop residues. The disk section also spreading well crop residues over the surface.
2 Tillage zone. The tillage depth has a wide range of 1.25"–13.75". Full-surface undercut wings can be used for tillage from 2.25" to 7.75". Shanks with optimized geometry in two rows ensure deep zone tillage to increase water infiltration.
3 Furrow-leveling zone. Leveling disks also increase the effect of incorporating crop residues.
4 Clods crushing and soil re-compaction zone. Optimum soil re-compaction ensures good water infiltration and soil water capillarity to the surface.

Abrasion-resistant steel
The time-tested shanksare made of high-strength abrasion-resistant steels and they are equipped with carbide plates at the peak of the shank. The top part of the shank can be supplemented with other carbide plates or tungsten carbide weld deposits to extend the lifespan even more.
Spring protection of shanks
Durable and maintenance-free spring protection of shanks with a high release force of 992 lb.
Leveling disk protection
Durable and maintenance-free protection of the leveling disks.

Easy operation
