Terrix Quatro

 

1 Tillage zone. The tillage depth has a wide range of 4"─13.75". Tillage chisels with optimized geometry in four rows ensure very good full-surface tillage and intensive mixing of the soil with crop residues.
2 Furrow-leveling zone. Leveling disks also increase the effect of incorporating crop residues.
3 Clod crushing and soil compaction zone. Optimum soil re-compaction ensures good water infiltration and soil water capillarity to the surface.

Terrix Dual

 

1 First tillage zone. The first and second shank rows are arranged in tandem behind each other. The first row of shanks with optimized shape tills the soil to the depth of 4"-6". The second row of special shanks makes deeper tilled strips of soil behind the first row to the depth of 6"–13.75".
2 First furrow-leveling zone. Leveling disks also increase the effect of incorporating crop residues.

Second tillage zone. The third and fourth shank rows are arranged in tandem behind each other again and it is tilling the intermediate soil strips behind the first tillage zone. The third shank row tills again soil from 4" to 6". The fourth shank row again makes deeper till strips of soil behind the third row to depth of 6"–13.75".
4 The second furrow-leveling zone. Leveling disks also increase the effect of incorporating crop residues.
5 Clods crushing and soil compaction zone. Optimum soil re-compaction ensures good water infiltration and soil water capillarity to the surface.

Abrasion-resistant steel
The time-tested shares are made of high-strength abrasion resistant steels and they are equipped with widia plates at the point of the share. The top part of the share can be supplemented with other widia plates or tungsten carbide weld deposits to extend the durability even more.

Resistant and maintenance-free spring protection with a high release force of 1,000 lb.

Proper selection of the type of the rear roller contributing significantly to the final quality of the tillage is very important. The soil is reconsolidated by the roller and then it is the same way crumbled and leveled.The selection of the type of the roller depends on the soil type and on the manner of use of the machine.
