The mixing tanks FMN1serve for the storage and homogenization of oil prior to filtration. They are intended for medium-sized press shops, especially in a combination with plate filters. The equipment is designed with emphasis on durability and easy access for maintenance and cleaning. Thanks to their simple design, the tanks have low requirements for maintenance and service.
This equipment is also connected, via a set of sensors, with the control system FIC.
The mixing tank serves for oil storage before filtration. In the tank, the oil is stirred and the solids evenly sediment at the bottom of the tank.
It is a vertical vessel with a flat bottom and a lid, equipped with a stirrer and a suction unit. The container also works in a regime without pressure.
The upper portion of the mixing tank contains a service hatch. Near the bottom, there is an outlet for the suction of oil out of the tank. The motor for the stirrer as well as the inputs for oil, the security valve and a reflux pipe from filtration are located in the upper part. The stirrer itself is located near the bottom.
The mixing tank has a volume of 1 m3. It is offered with a stirrer and driven by an electromotor of power input of 1.5 kW.
