Temperature stabilization of the seeds is one of the most important steps in the preparation of seeds for pressing.
Pressing of cold oilseeds, or even frozen oilseeds, is impossible. Because of that, we have developed a special technology for colder environments – heat stabilization – which will ensure that the material is heated up to a proper temperature for effective pressing. Temperature stabilization involves heating conveyors FCO together with the electrical boiler FOO; heating conveyors with a steam heat exchanger FCP; or the highly efficient containers FZO with heating based on heat exchangers, coupled with either an electrical boiler or a steam heat exchanger.
