Disk cultivator Softer N/NS

1 Full-surface tillage zone. The double-row disk section with aggressive geometry ensures perfect full-surface undercut to depth of 1.5"–4.75" with intensive mixing of crop residues. The disk section also spreading well crop residues over the field surface.
2 Clods crushing and soil re-compaction zone. Optimum soil re-compaction ensures good water infiltration and soil water capillarity to the surface.

Technics

Disk cultivator Softer N/NS

  1. Disks Ø 20"/ Ø 22" arranged in two rows will undercut the ground. Working depth is 1.5"–4.75".
  2. Clods are crumbled by the rear roller.
  3. The additional Micro Drill machine for planting crops that can be seeded onto the soil surface. This includes, for example, mustard, phacelia, clover and grass.

Disks with notched circumference

Disks with the diameter 20" / 22" are arranged in two rows. In case of contact with an obstruction, each disk is individually effectively protected by rubber suspension.

The disks are mounted in maintenance-free bearings with excellent service life. Optimal disks geometry ensures high-quality work with superior productivity and high percentage of incorporated crop residues. The disks maintains constant cutting angle as it wears. The disk 9.5" spacing ensures good flow through of crop residues.
