Disk cultivator Softer PRO

1. Possibility to install front tools: Flexi-cut for effective crop residue sizing or Flexi-board for leveling soil surface.
2. Disks with Ø 21", symmetrically arranged in two rows, undercut the ground. The working depth is 1.5"–4.75".
3. Clods are crushed by the rear roller.

Disks with sharpened all-round

Disks with the diameter 21" are arranged in two rows. In case of contact with an obstruction, each disk is individually effectively protected by rubber suspension.

The disks penetrate into the ground perfectly and also sizing crop residues.

The disks are mounted in maintenance-free bearings with excellent service life. Optimum disks geometry ensures high-quality work with superior productivity and high percentage of incorporated crop residues. The disks maintains constant cutting angle as it wears. The disk 9" spacing ensures good flow through of crop residues.

One disk - one shank

The individual placement of each disk on a separate tine allows higher pressure and better penetration into the soil, eliminates clogging and does not transmit shocks to the bearings of adjacent disks.

Transport position

Front working tools

Front working tools can be fixed in front of the work disks. Choose between Flexicut cutting rollers or Flexiboard front levelling bar.

Rollers in one row

Rollers in one row ensure soil compaction even in the corners and edges of the field and the possibility of fast turning on the headlands directly on the rollers.

Stable during transporting on the roads

The rigid solid construction of the main frame and axle makes the machine very stable during transport. Pneumatic twin-hose brakes ensure a high degree of safety for fast efficient road transport.
