Tine cultivator Fantom PRO

1 Levelling soil surface zone. It can be used well in seedbed preparation.
2 Tillage zone. Tillage depth 4–15 cm. The tines arranged in five rows withoptimized geometry and small final spacing ensure excellent full-surface  tillage and intensive soil mixing with crop residues.
3 Furrow-levelling zone. Levelling discs also increase the effect of incorporating crop residues.
4 Clods crumbling and soil re-compaction zone. Optimal soil re-compaction ensures good water infiltration and soil water capillarity to the surface. The rollers can be also easily removed and work without rollers.

The semi-mounted 5-row modular cultivator Fantom PRO with low pulling requirement and variable tillage depth is suitable for spring, summer and autumn work and due to its modularity it can start the spring work very soon since it can handle even more wet soil.

Excellent throughflow of crop residues

Tines with 190 mm spacing are arranged in 5 rows. Due to its optimized spacing in combination with 655 mm high framework clearance an excellent throughflow of crop residues and resistance to clogging are achieved. The tapping system of  sided wings and chisels enables their easy and fast replacement.

Fantom PRO is equipped with an integrated axle and support wheels. Due to this, it is possible to operate the machine without rear accessories (e.g. rollers or harrows). The quick-clamping system is used for attachment of the rear accessories. This way the disconnection or connection is a question of a few minutes.

The semi-mounted 5-row modular cultivator Fantom PRO with low pulling requirement and variable tillage depth is suitable for spring, summer and autumn work and due to its modularity it can start the spring work very soon since it can handle even more wet soil.

The integrated axle also ensures good controllability and quick turning during operation and during transport as well. The 655 mm high frame clearance provides optimum throughflow and adaptability to field conditions. Quality tillage and mixing soil with subsequent incorporation of crop residues with relatively low pulling requirement is ensured by the replaceable  shares or chisels. Quick clamping system of tines
The quick clamping system of tines (wedge, bolt) enables very fast replacement of the shares without loss risk of the working units.

When the wing chisels are installed the field can be full-surfaced stubble cultivated up to the depth of 15 cm.

Proper selection of the type of the rear roller contributing significantly to the final quality of the tillage is very important. The soil is recompacted by the roller and then it is the same way crumbled and levelled. The selection of the type of the roller depends on the soil type and on the manner of use of the machine.
