Legal Clause

Farmet a. s. hereby declares the terms and conditions and legal limitations of the usage of internet presentation (hereinafter „Terms and Conditions“) on the www.farmet.cz websites (hereinafter "Websites"). These Terms and Conditions relate to all persons using the Websites (hereinafter „Users“).

Farmet a. s. is the operator of the Websites (hereinafter „Operator“) which in authorised to execute property rights to the Websites in compliance with Act No. 121/2000 Coll., on Copyright, Rights Related to Copyright and on the Amendment of Certain Laws.

In compliance with Act No. 121/2000 Coll., on Copyright, Rights Related to Copyright and on the Amendment of Certain Laws, the Operator of the Websites  is the exclusive author and holder of copyright to all texts, photographs and files published on the Websites. Copying, publishing or any other methods of public dissemination without express written consent of the copyright owner is prohibited.

Any use of the Work consisting in its copying and imitating or sharing its textual contents or graphical elements of the Websites without express consent of the Websites Operator is illegal and will be considered as copyright and relating rights violation. Contents of the websites and individual elements of the websites are legally protected by Copyright Act No. 121/2000 Coll., as amended.

Information published on the Websites is based on information provided by Farmet a. s. and the purpose of which is to inform in particular on the offer of products and services. The Operator is not liable for the correctness and completeness of information on the Websites.  The Operator may at any time without previous warning perform changes of information on the Websites. The Operator is not liable for possible damage which may arise to users in connection with Websites usage.

The Operator is also not liable for the contents of the websites of third parties which might be visited via the Websites.

Only the Provider is authorised to change or amend the Websites and they are valid and effective as of the day of its publication: 15 August 2015.
