It is the most important meeting of mainly Czech scientific R&D specialists and people from industrial practice. Current trends in the field of oilseed processing and their use for food and feed purposes were discussed in presentations and plenary sessions.
Farmet's presentation was particularly well received due to its comprehensive approach and hexane-free technologies. The presentation was also very well appreciated because it fulfils the current trend of local processing of agricultural commodities, for which we offer world-class solutions in the case of the presented hexane free oilseed processing technologies. This technology stands out for its low specific energy consumption and high quality of output products, all without the use of chemicals.
