1 Preliminary preparation zone

2 Full-area loosening zone. The double-row disc section with aggressive geometry ensures perfect full-area undercut to depth of 3,5–12 cm with intensive mixing of plant residues. The disc section also spreading well plant residues over the area.
3 Clod crumbling and soil reconsolidation zone. Optimum soil reconsolidation ensures good water infiltration and soil moisture rise.

Technics

Disc cultivator Softer PRO

  1. Possibility to install front tools: Flexi-cut for effective crop residue cutting or Flexi-board for levelling surface, crumbling clods.
  2. Discs with Ø 530 mm, symmetrically arranged in two rows, undercut the soil. The working depth is 3.5–12 cm.
  3. Clods are crumbled by the rear roller.

Discs with Full Circumference Edge

Disks with the diameter of 530 mm are located in two rows. For the case of contact with an obstacle, each disk is separately effectively protected by means of rubber mounting.

The discs penetrate the soil perfectly and also cut crop residue.

The disks are placed in maintenance-free bearings with excellent service life. Optimum geometry of disks ensures high-quality work with very good productivity and high percentage of incorporated plant residues. The disks retain ideal working angle even with partially worn geometry of disks. The disk spacing of 24 cm ensures good free flow of plant residues.

One disc - one tine
The individual placement of each disc on a separate tine allows for higher pressure and better penetration into the soil, eliminates clogging and does not transmit shocks to the bearings of adjacent discs.

Front working tools
Front working tools can be fixed in front of the work discs. Choose between Flexicut cutting rollers or Flexiboard front levelling bar.

Hook tines increase the machine throughput.
Flipping transport axle
The flipping transport axle increases the pressure of the cultivating discs.
Rollers in one row
Rollers in one row ensure even soil compaction even in the corners and edges of the field and the possibility of fast turning on the headlands directly on the rollers.
Stable when crossing road
The rigid solid construction of the main frame and axle makes the machine very stable during transport. Pneumatic twin-hose brakes ensure a high degree of safety for fast efficient road transport.

Proper selection of the type of the rear roller contributing significantly to the final quality of the processing is very important. The soil is recompacted by the roller and then it is the same way crumbled and levelled. The selection of the type of the roller depends on the soil type and on the manner of use of the machine.
