1 Tractor track cultivation zone. Perfect cultivation of the tracks eliminates uneven emergence of plants after sowing.
2 Basic soil leveling zone. Precisely leveled soil surface allows uniform subsequent consolidation and cultivation the seedbed.
3 Soil pre-consolidation zone by the front roller. The front roller crumbles clods on the surface, but at the same time it consolidates the soil and restores the soil capillarity.
4 Seedbed zone. The soil is cultivated by the share section to the set depth. The depth should be the same as the future sowing depth. Arrow shares allow full-surface undercut and weed control.
5 Wave-leveling zone behind a share cultivating section.
6 Rear roller soil consolidation zone. The roller finely crumbles clods and ensures the final consolidation of the seedbed so that the soil capillarity is fully restored. Intensive soil moisture rise ensures good emergence of plants even in the dry season.
7 Final soil leveling zone. The rear rod or final rollers ensure a perfect leveled surface with minimum clods for subsequent sowing.

Easy operation

Possibility of aggregation with other machines

Semi-mounted seedbed combinators Kompaktomat K 300 P – K 1000 PS enable aggregation with other devices or machines. For this purpose they must be additionally equipped with the rear three-point hitch of category 2; it is equipment over standard.

Aggregation of seedbed combinators Kompaktomat with additional rollers

For aggregation with e.g. crumbling rollers it is sufficient to additionally equip the combinator with the rear three-point hitch only.

Aggregation of seedbed combinators Kompaktomat with the seeding-machine

For aggregation with a pneumatic seeding-machine, the combinator can be extended by the hydraulic drive of fan and hydraulic circuit for control of the seeding-machine markers.

Cultivating section

Section AP

Universal cultivating section with 10.5" arrow shares in two rows. The shares are mounted on tines with a geometry that improves the passage of residues. Therefore, this share section is suitable for lands with a higher incidence of crushed residues and for heavy soils. Standardly equipped with a height-adjustable leveling bar behind the shares.

Section AL

Section is equipped with 10,5" arrow shares in two rows. This section is suitable for light soil conditions without residues. Standardly equipped with a height-adjustable leveling bar behind the shares.

Section AL4

Version for Kompaktomat LONG.

Section is equipped with 6" arrow shares in four rows. Suitable for light, medium, and heavy soils. Standardly equipped with a height-adjustable leveling bar behind the shares.

Section CF

Section is equipped with narrow chisels of 1.5" in four rows. Ideal for spring soil preparation or heavy soils where lifting wet soil to the surface is undesirable. Standardly equipped with a leveling bar behind the shares.

Ruts cultivators with arrow share CA

Automatically released tractor ruts cultivators with a arrow share. Suitable for light soils where there is no risk of pulling wet clods to the surface.

Ruts cultivators with double-sided chisel CC

Automatically released tractor ruts cultivators with a double-sided chisel. Suitable for heavy soils where there is a risk of pulling wet clods to the surface.


Levelers

Fixed leveler

Automatically released leveling bar with a toothed profile. Rugged construction for accuracy leveling of large furrows.
FL = fixed mechanical skid, FH = fixed hydraulic skid.

Flexi-board

Automatically unprotected leveler from separate flexible segments. Better clod crumbling.
L = Flexi-board, FB = hydraulic Flexi-board.

The leveling bar segments operate as a single unit, providing better stability.

An additional leveler mounted behind the front roller FRL

Designed for Kompaktomat LONG.

Automatically released leveller with the option to set the bottom position. The leveller provides more intense mixing = finer soil structure.

Rear leveler

Passive soil leveling behind the rear roller. Adjustment of leveling bar aggressiveness using rotary stops. Can be applied behind all types of rear rollers.

Rear linkage – aggregation with other machines

In the rear part of the semi-mounted Kompaktomat machines, the rear hitch for aggregation with other machine can be installed. Part of the rear suspension is a two-hose circuit for folding the additional equipment.

Hydraulic circuit for control of the sowing machine markers

Possibility of additionally mounting a single-hose or two-hose circuit for controlling the sowing machine markers to the Kompaktomat machine with the rear TPS.

Hydraulic circuit for drive of the sowing machine fan
