FS 4015 is an oil seed screw press with wide range of use. The heart of the press is a multistage pressing geometry, where the shape of the screw flight in the individual stages leads to the compression of the seeds inside the press, thereby gradually separating the oil from the seeds.
The resulting pressure causes the oil extrusion. The oil flows out of the workspace through small slots in the press bin into the collection tank. Changing the shape of the screw-thread and changing the drainage gaps makes it possible to optimize the process for individual types of oil seeds and the type of technology. The main drive actuates the shaft with the pressing mechanism. The drive is powered by an electric motor, a belt conversion and a gearbox.
