Disc cultivator Softer N/NS

1 Full-area loosening zone. The double-row disc section with aggressive geometry ensures perfect full-area undercut to depth of 3,5–12 cm with intensive mixing of plant residues. The disc section also spreading well plant residues over the area.
2 Clod crumbling and soil reconsolidation zone. Optimum soil reconsolidation ensures good water infiltration and soil moisture rise.

Technics

Disc cultivator Softer N/NS

  1. Disks Ø 510 mm / Ø 560 mm located in two rows will undercut the soil. Working depth is 3,5–12 cm.
  2. Clods are crumbled by the rear roller.
  3. The additional Micro Drill machine for planting crops that can be seeded onto the soil surface. This includes, for example, mustard, phacelia, clover and grass.

Disks with dentate circumference

Disks with the diameter of 510 / 560 mm are located in two rows. For the case of contact with an obstacle, each disk is separately effectively protected by means of rubber mounting.

The disks are placed in maintenance-free bearings with excellent service life. Optimum geometry of disks ensures high-quality work with very good productivity and high percentage of incorporated plant residues. The disks retain ideal working angle even with partially worn geometry of disks. The disk spacing of 24 cm ensures good free flow of plant residues.

The extreme disk is separately height-adjustable which allows continuous connection of runs.

Easy and continuous adjustment of the working depth using the pins on the coupling bars of rollers in disk plough-harrows Softer 4,5 NS and Softer 6 NS. (substitutable by hydraulic control – optional)

Proper selection of the type of the rear roller contributing significantly to the final quality of the processing is very important. The soil is recompacted by the roller and then it is the same way crumbled and levelled. The selection of the type of the roller depends on the soil type and on the manner of use of the machine.
