Technology

Combined cultivator Triton

1 Full-area loosening zone. The double-row disc section with aggressive geometry ensures perfect full-area undercut to depth of 0–12 cm with intensive mixing of plant residues. The disc section also spreading well plant residues over the area.
2 Loosening zone. The loosening depth has a wide range of 3–35 cm. Full-area undercut wings can be used for loosening from 6 to 20 cm. Loosening chisels with optimized geometry in two rows ensure deep zone loosening to increase water infiltration.
3 Wave-levelling zone. Levelling discs also increase the effect of incorporating plant residues.
4 Clod crumbling and soil compaction zone. Optimum soil reconsolidation ensures good water infiltration and soil moisture rise.

High performance and quality of work

  • Excellent solution for heavy soils
  • Quite low pulling resistance
  • High permeability of soil and crop residue
  • Efficient cutting and even mixing of crop residue into the processed soil layer
  • Deep zone loosening with minimal clod formation

Technics

Combined cultivator Triton 450 PS

  1. The discs with Ø 510 / Ø 560 mm mounted in two rows undercut soil.
  2. The massive shares installed in two rows loosen the soil and incorporate any crop residue.
  3. The levelling discs create a fine soil structure on the surface.
  4. The rear roller provides good reverse compaction, crumbles the clods and levels off the field surface.

Combined cultivator Triton 600 PS

  2. The massive shares installed in two rows loosen the soil and incorporate any crop residue.
  3. The levelling discs create a fine soil structure on the surface.
  4. The rear roller provides good reverse compaction, crumbles the clods and levels off the field surface.

Robust design

High-strength refined materials in connection with eXtra STEEL line technology guarantee long service life of our machines even in the most difficult conditions.

Abrasion-resistant steel
The time-tested ploughshares are made of high-strength abrasion resistant steels and they are equipped with widia plates at the point of the share. The top part of the share can be supplemented with other widia plates or tungsten carbide weld deposits to extend the durability even more.
Spring protection of chisels
Resistant and maintenance-free protection of loosening chisels with a high release force of 450kg.
Disc protection
Resistant and maintenance-free protection of the cultivating discs.
Quick clamping system of rollers
Simple disconnection and connection of the rear rollers – possibility of working without the rear rollers.
Graph of release force
Protection against overload
Effective protection of the machine and working members against damage.

Simple operation

Thanks to the minimum number of points of adjustment and lubrication, both operation and maintenance are a very simple task that anyone can do.

  • Minimum adjustment points.
  • Minimum lubrication points.
Setting the chisel working depth
Simple setting of the working depth of the chisels on rollers using tipping plates.
Setting the position of the disc rows
Simple setting of the position of the front and rear row of discs using a lever. When the front row is lower than the rear row, soil cultivation is more aggressive.
Hydraulic setting of the packing rollers

Proper selection of the type of the rear roller contributing significantly to the final quality of the processing is very important. The soil is recompacted by the roller and then it is the same way crumbled and levelled. The selection of the type of the roller depends on the soil type and on the manner of use of the machine.
