Tine cultivator Fantom PRO

1 Ground levelling zone. It can be used well in seedbed preparation.
2 Loosening zone. Loosening depth 4 - 15 cm. Optimized geometry chisels in four rows with small final spacing ensure very fine full-area loosening and intensive soil mixing with plant residues.
3 Wave-levelling zone. Levelling discs also increase the effect of incorporating plant residues.
4 Clod crumbling and soil reconsolidation zone. Optimum soil reconsolidation ensures good water infiltration and soil moisture rise. The rollers can be also easily removed and work with no rollers.

The half mounted 5-row modular cultivator Fantom PRO with low traction resistance and variable depth of soil processing is suitable for spring, summer and autumn work and thanks to its modularity it can start the spring work very soon since it can handle even more wet soil.

Due to its optimized distribution in combination with a high framework clearance of 655 mm an excellent passability of plant residues and resistance to clogging are achieved. The tapping system of V-ploughs and chisels enables their easy and fast replacement.

Fantom PRO is equipped with an integrated axle and tracing wheels. Due to this, it is possible to operate the machine without rear accessories (e.g. rollers or harrows). The quick-clamping system is used for attachment of the rear accessories. This way the disconnection or connection is a question of several minutes.

The half mounted 5-row modular cultivator Fantom PRO with low traction resistance and variable depth of soil processing is suitable for spring, summer and autumn work and thanks to its modularity it can start the spring work very soon since it can handle even more wet soil.

Quality loosening and cultivation of the soil with subsequent incorporation of plant residues with relatively low traction resistance is ensured by the replaceable ploughshares or chisels. Possible replacement of ploughshares is quick and easy thanks to the quick-clamping system (wedge or pin).

The time-tested ploughshares are made of high-strength abrasion resistant steels and they are equipped with widia plates at the point of the share. The top part of the share can be supplemented with other widia plates or tungsten carbide weld deposits to extend the durability even more.
Spring protection
Resistant and maintenance-free spring protection with high release force of 310 kg on the tip of the tine.
Incorporation of plant residues
Due to higher clearance of the frame and wider space between the shares, Fantom PRO can be used for full-area post harvest stubble-breaking with intensive mixing effect. Excellently incorporates plant residues into the soil.
Quick clamping system of tines
The quick clamping system of tines (wedge, screw) enables very fast replacement of the shares without risk of loss of the working parts.

When the wing chisels are installed the field can be full-surfaced stubble cultivated up to the depth of 15 cm.

Proper selection of the type of the rear roller contributing significantly to the final quality of the processing is very important. The soil is recompacted by the roller and then it is the same way crumbled and levelled. The selection of the type of the roller depends on the soil type and on the manner of use of the machine.
