On 29 April 2016, after six months of construction works, Ing. Žďárský, the director of the company Farmet, ceremonially cut the ribbon for the research and development centre in the agricultural machinery division. The extension of new offices gave rise to a research and development complex for both divisions of the company Farmet which is a follow-up to the research and testing laboratories constructed in recent years. The new facilities will contribute to an improvement of the company culture, enhance the working conditions of the technical division and speed up implementation of innovations in Farmet´s agricultural machinery. The working environment meets the strictest requirements, the areas are air-conditioned, constantly ventilated and soundproof. The new areas will provide comfortable conditions for permanent research and development workers as well as for newly hired technical workers as the recruitment process in Farmet is ongoing.
