Falcon Compact: Wide tyres for spacing of 125 / 167 mm

Falcon Compact: Narrow tyres for spacing of 150 mm

1 Basic soil levelling zone. Precisely leveled soil surface allows uniform subsequent consolidation and loosening the seedbed.
2 Soil pre-processing zone. The pre-processing of the soil can be made with various working tools, either over the entire sowing depth or in zones up to 10 cm. Soil pre-processing ensures aeration, levelling and optimum loosening. There is also optimal spreading of plant residues.
3 Zone of soil reconsolidation and restoration of deep capillarity. Deep compaction ensures effective soil water rise to the soil surface even in dry conditions.
4 Seedbed formation and seed placement zone. The double disc seeding coulters effectively create a compacted seedbed (V-groove) and precisely deposit the seed to the required depth. Thanks to the high down-pressure, up to 70% of the weight of the machine can be transferred to the seeding coulters. The compacted seedbed and V-groove ensure excellent seed contact with soil and soil water.
5 The side seed press zone. The copy wheel compresses the V- groove with the seed, causing the seed to squeeze sideways to the soil. There is loosened space above the seed for easy emergence of plants.
6 Seed cover and soil levelling zone. The integrated harrow ensures excellent seed coverage and precise soil surface levelling.

Falcon Compact is designed for sowing all common crops with spacing of 125 / 150 / 167mm, including most cereals, legumes, green fertilizers as well as some clover crops and oilseeds in unprepared soil.

Falcon Compact provides pre-sowing preparation of soil, seedbed preparation, soil compaction and reliable sowing with a large seeding range of 0.5 to 350kg/ha in a single pass.

Falcon Compact is designed for sowing all common crops with spacing of 125 / 150 / 167mm, including most cereals, legumes, green fertilizers as well as some clover crops and oilseeds in unprepared soil.

Light, but Robust Frame

The frame from the high-strength eXtra STEEL line guarantees a long service life of the machines, even under the most demanding conditions thanks to the high flexibility of the frame and the low weight of the machine.

Massive Compact Frame
A shortened, compact (not foldable), but strong frame.
Large Hopper
A single-chamber hopper with the capacity of 2,800─5,000L with comfortable access and a large input opening.
Maintenance free bearings
The maintenance-free placement of all discs with the diameter of 490m provides operation that does not require lubrication, with rubber protection against overload.
Maintenance-free Placement of Coulters
The resistant and maintenance-free rubber mounting of the drill coulters helps adapt to the terrain and provides protection against overload.

The minimum number of adjustment and lubrication points makes the operation, control as well as subsequent maintenance a very simple task that anyone can manage.

Easy hopper filling with seeds

Setting the working depth of the pre-processing section
Easy setting of the working depth according to a well-arranged chart using distance washers on piston-rods.

A modern roller dispenser with interchangeable rollers.

Smart Machine Design

Compact design
The compact design is also simpler and lighter while preserving the high requirements for strength and resistance of the machine, even in the most difficult conditions.
Seedbed preparation
The double pre-sowing disc section perfectly levels the topsoil crosswise and loosens soil to the depth of the seedbed.
Tines with two discs
The discs of the pre-sowing section are installed in pairs on the tines. The robust and wide rubber bearing reliably protects the working parts from damage.
Optimal soil compaction
In front of each coulter there is a tyred roller made from reinforced tyres. The tyres have a special design resistant to wet clay sticking.
Adjustment of sowing depth
Possibility of adjustment of various sowing depths on even and odd coulters.
Double-disc drill coulters
Thanks to the tested design, they also penetrate soil very well when there is a large content of crop residue, and together with the press-wheel, they place seeds at the set depth.
