Energy savings – RECU

Farmet has long emphasized the efficient use of energy and the reduction of operating costs. One of the key elements of this strategy is the RECU system – heat recovery, which is primarily applied in technological lines for the processing of oilseeds.

Thanks to the RECU system, we can efficiently utilize waste heat from technological processes and return it back into the system, significantly reducing energy consumption. The result is not only economic savings, but also more sustainable and environmentally friendly operation.

To achieve energy savings, we have developed a modular system consisting of a recu bin and individual functional sections. The BASIC version includes only the discharge cone with a base and an empty storage section. A controlled discharge grate ensures uniform material flow across the entire cross-section of the bin.

Individual functional sections – energy recovery, heating, and drying – can then be added and combined to ensure optimal seed preparation.

Basic is the version without energy recovery.
