Together, we will explore the differences between solvent extraction and mechanical pressing, including single-stage and two-stage processing technologies, cold pressing, hot pressing, cold-warm pressing (CWP), and pressing with extrusion (EP1 and EP2).
A dedicated section will focus on the key parameters used to evaluate oil processing technologies, including oil content, extraction yield, residual oil in the press cake, and overall oil recovery. We will also discuss energy consumption and provide indicative residual oil values for individual processing methods.
