Technology Description

Vibration-based coolers are intended mainly for the cooling and transport of extrudate. The transport is realized via the oscillations of the vibrating motors and the placement of the column on springs. The material thus gradually ascends in a screw-like trough of the column.

Cooling is carried out by the air flow and contact surfaces between the trough and the material. External air suction can be added to increase the efficiency of cooling.

Technical Parameters

The equipment is offered at a range of available capacities. The performance depends on the density, initial moistness and temperature of the material, and varies between 0.5 and 1 ton per hour. The equipment is always optimized for particular technological solutions and the customer’s requirements for output parameters.
